Shipping

Because all of our products at this time are downloadable, there is no need for shipping.

During purchase, you will be prompted for information to complete the purchase and register an account for you on our website. After completing registration and purchase, you will receive an email at the email address that you used during your account creation. This email will contain a link to download your product; this link is valid for 24 hours from the time you receive it.

Returns / Exchanges

Due to the nature of our product being a digital download, and to eliminate theft, we do not issue refunds, if an incorrect test was selected, we will exchange your test for a different test. ie(Practice Test #2 but meant Practice Test #3) It is our intention to help you pass your exam and we thank you for the confidence you have entrusted with.
